Important Info: We use only the finest quality decorative metals and 1/8" 3-ply outdoor plastics for our 'Medical, People and Pet Tags.  Stainless steel and brass tags are stamped with 1/16" capital lettering. Plastic and aluminum tags are engraved unless otherwise specified (certain stainless steel and aluminum are laser engraved). All ID tags include appropriate attachments such as split-rings, rivets, chains, pins, etc.  FREE Spot-Lite Safety Reflectors are included with all pet tags and some people tags.  Abbreviations are used when necessary and zip codes are not ordinarily engraved on pet tags, with the exception of P.O. Box addresses.  If you do not choose a color for plastic or aluminum tags we will make your color selection.  Cancellations prior to tags(s) being made are subject to a 10% termination fee.  All returns must be pre-approved and are subject to a 45% return fee - our costs for labor, material, postage, processing fees, advertising etc. Inquiries about order status should be made no sooner than 7-10 days from order placement - to inquire about your order call (904) 819-0210.
